Looking to hire for the position immediately.

Office Manager/Administrator/Bookkeeper

More specifics upon request but a few key points are required:

  • Excellent English speaking, writing & phone communication skills
  • Be able to make warm & cold calls
  • Superb listening and tracking skills so I do NOT need to repeat myself (major pet peeve)
  • Computer & excellent knowledge of both MS & IOS & be able to make them jive!
  • Bookkeeping & Accounts payable through Jobber Platform - can be trained on Jobber
  • QB & many more office-related platforms
  • Excellent history of office know-how and runnings
  • Social Media Guru on all platforms
  • A real smart cookie who can be 2-3 steps ahead and be able to keep up.
  • Calendar bookings
