Office Manager/Administrator/Bookkeeper
More specifics upon request but a few key points are required:
- Excellent English speaking, writing & phone communication skills
- Be able to make warm & cold calls
- Superb listening and tracking skills so I do NOT need to repeat myself (major pet peeve)
- Computer & excellent knowledge of both MS & IOS & be able to make them jive!
- Bookkeeping & Accounts payable through Jobber Platform - can be trained on Jobber
- QB & many more office-related platforms
- Excellent history of office know-how and runnings
- Social Media Guru on all platforms
- A real smart cookie who can be 2-3 steps ahead and be able to keep up.
- Calendar bookings
