Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook (Pizzaiolo) to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and cooking a variety of pizzas, ensuring high quality and consistency.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes.
  • Baking pizzas in wood-fired, gas, or electric ovens.
  • Ensuring all food items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborating with kitchen staff and contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing any special requests or dietary requirements.


  • Proven experience as a pizzaiolo or similar role in a restaurant setting.
  • Knowledge of pizza-making techniques and equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
