We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position.


  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders
  • Provide administrative support to staff as needed
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization


  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.69-$28.44 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
