Who we need:

Reporting to the Group Sales Leader, we are hiring a Sales Executive to join our Group Sales Team. As the new Sales Executive, you will spearhead our national growth by leveraging your superior relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills. You will engage prospects through cold calls and emails, effectively communicating our value proposition. Employing a consultative sales approach, you will identify the unique challenges and objectives of each prospect, strategically aligning and articulating the value of our products, services, and overall customer experience to secure successful deals.

This hybrid role requires you to be in the office at least once a month for town hall meetings, with the flexibility to attend more frequently if required.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead market exploration and expansion. You will drive the exploration of market opportunities for Venngo nationwide within your assigned industry verticals. 
  • Drive engagement. You will engage and meet with prospective customers, ranging from the CHRO to Directors of Total Rewards, demonstrating the value of Venngo's solution to establish meaningful connections and drive adoption. 
  • Manage the entire sales cycle. You will lead prospects through our professional sales methodology, ensuring clarity and alignment at every stage—from the initial call and presentation through any procurement processes to the final close. You will be responsible for overseeing the full sales cycle, cultivating and sustaining a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Build lasting partnerships. You will convert opportunities effectively, leveraging HubSpot to track each opportunity's journey. You will ensure that new customers are primed for success, facilitating a smooth transition to our Customer Success Team to foster ongoing engagement and satisfaction.

You bring:

  • The sales experience. You are a strong business developer with a proven track record selling solutions to C-Suite and Senior Leaders. You have a history of meeting and exceeding your sales quotas. You are metrics-driven and comfortable using a range of tools and resources to generate leads, manage procurement processes and pursue and close deals. 
  • The interpersonal skills. You can influence without authority and work in partnership with teams, managers, and executives. You are highly collaborative and genuinely interested in understanding others, addressing their concerns, resolving conflict, removing roadblocks, and encouraging high-quality results. You have outstanding presentation and negotiation skills. Your written abilities are equally strong. Bonus points if you are bilingual in English and French.
  • The motivation and drive. You adopt a proactive and customer-centric approach to problem-solving, demonstrating a relentless drive to overcome challenges. Fueled by a high level of motivation, you excel in consultative selling, showcasing your ability to autonomously manage the sales cycle with effectiveness.
  • The flexibility. You can travel as needed to customer sites, conferences and events.
