Who we need:

Reporting to the Manager, Brand Strategy & Marketing we are looking for a Copywriter to join our team. As our new Copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and informative content to be used across various channels to effectively communicate our brand messaging, strategies, product launches and initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to write blogs, develop case studies, and create social media captions, ensuring consistency and impact in our marketing campaigns.

This hybrid role requires you to be in the office at least once a month for town hall meetings, with the flexibility to attend more frequently if desired.

In this role, you will:

  • Grow your knowledge. You will become deeply familiar with our product and positioning. You will conduct thorough research to understand target audiences, market trends, and competitors. You will stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and channel copywriting and marketing best practices.
  • Develop captivating and compelling copy for marketing campaigns. You will create relevant and impactful content that adheres to our brand guidelines, including email sequences, case studies, website copy, and social media. You will collaborate with marketing specialists and designers, to brainstorm and align content with overall marketing strategies. 
  • Manage, analyze and pivot. You will manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and deliverables. You will monitor copy/campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns. 

You bring:

  • A passion for engaging customers. You have experience in creating content for marketing and lead generation campaigns. You have exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a proven ability to create targeted, persuasive copy that aligns with brand values, tone, and objectives. You have experience in leveraging market research and data to inform content strategies.
  • The technical skills. You have a strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to content marketing. You are proficient in Microsoft Office, and social media platforms. Experience with HubSpot would be an asset. You have excellent project coordination, time management and organizational skills. 
  • Relationship-building finesse. You are highly collaborative, with a deep appreciation for diverse ideas and approaches. You can build trust, influence decisions, and work closely across teams.

  • A virtual interview with the Hiring Manager and HR will allow you to expand on your experience and ask further questions about the role and team.
  • A virtual interview with the two Marketing Specialists you will be working with focusing on more technical questions to understand your approach to projects and your writing style. This interview will also include a writing assessment where you will be given time to edit a case study during the interview.
  • A final virtual interview with the SVP, Strategy, Product and Marketing to answer any final questions you may have.
