A premier car dealership business in Canada, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Production & Logistics Manager to join our team. As a leading name in the automotive industry, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and providing top-quality vehicles to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units
Prepare and maintain progress and other reports
Maintain inventory of stored material
Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Plan and control budget and expenditures
Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
Plan, develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures
Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services
Authorize the development of specifications for products or services
Manage contracts
Establish work schedules and procedures
Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
Resolve work related problems
Organize and maintain inventory

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience (3 years and above) in production management, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals and targets.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and industry regulations is an asset.
