Summary:

As the strategic leader, your main duty will be to create and execute operational enhancements for our daily operations. You'll Utilize your expertise to optimize processes, drive efficiency, and ensure the effective operation of all areas throughout the company. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire operations team, providing strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive operational plans to meet company goals and improve effectiveness.
  • Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and are aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance) to ensure coordinated efforts and alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring cost-consciousness and optimal resource allocation.
  • Improve operational system software that support the company long term progress and manage operational system and explore further development opportunities.
  • Handle customer interaction and work on customer satisfaction improvements.
  • Plan, oversee and schedule inventory for day-to-day operations, securing high efficiency and analyze problems and propose efficient solutions promptly.
  • Establish nurture relationships with clients and other key stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor?s degree or diploma in business administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in a progressive leadership role within operations or a similar field.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing operational improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization methods, and performance management techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
