We are looking for a Customer and Information Services Supervisor to oversee and coordinate a team of customer service and information specialists to ensure high-quality support is provided to our clients. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives and information specialists.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service delivery and information management processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and requests.
  • Establish work schedules, monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall organizational efficiency.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service and information management.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and information management activities.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.


  • College or bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a customer service and/or information management setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Knowledge of management consulting, customer brand and marketing, digital transformation, finance strategy, and organizational efficiency concepts is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
