We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Technical Office Administrator. This role combines technical support responsibilities with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.


1. Technical Support:

  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support on hardware and software-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain office equipment such as computers, printers, and networking devices.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of software applications used within the organization.
  • Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues and escalate complex problems to senior IT personnel.

2. Administrative Duties:

  • Assist with general office administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and payroll.
  • Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.

4. Customer Service:

  • Greet visitors and provide them with a hospitable and professional reception.
  • Address inquiries and requests promptly and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while assisting individuals with their inquiries or technical difficulties.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration or information technology is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a technical support or office administration role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Require a criminal background check
  • Minimum G2 license and own vehicle (transportation paid)
