A small boutique real estate brokerage is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper.


Duties include accounts payable/receivable, payroll, monthly Government remittances, reconciliations, and Provide financial support to Broker, Realtors and Admin. The position is part-time with an average of 680 hours per year. Flexible remote and in-office work.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of:
    • Lone Wolf Back Office realty management system – including reporting and fulfillment of Trade Events.
    • Executive Administrative functions – including confidentiality, accuracy, filing systems both paper and electronic, and contract reviews.
  • Better than average:
    • Knowledge of Bookkeeping/Accounting– including; Journal Entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
    • Understanding of Real Estate Financial Operations – including; importance of accuracy and timing.
    • Knowledge of MS Excel – including; formatting and presentation.
  • Experience with MS Word.
  • High degree of organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
