Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operation.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Assist in resolving administrative problems and inquiries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
  • Perform reception duties when needed.

Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours and Compensation

The position offers $18/hour for a 35-hour work week.
