Position Summary:

As a Retail Lead at MB Country Living, you'll play a pivotal role in our day-to-day operations, supporting our unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service and a safe, secure environment. As a Retail Lead, your primary responsibility is to immerse yourself in all aspects of our business and dedicate yourself to growth and excellence in executing all tasks. You will be a vital support for our management team and a key player in ensuring the success of our day-to-day operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Learning and Development:

• Foster a continuous learning mindset to understand all day-to-day operational tasks and initiatives.
• Coach and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Store Operations:

• Gain proficiency in the opening and closing procedures of the store.
• Set a prime example by actively engaging with customers and promoting exceptional customer service.
• Effectively manage shifts to maintain store and customer service standards.
• Develop a strong understanding of the receiving process and receiving standards.

Team Leadership:

• Learn how to lead and guide the team effectively, fostering an environment that supports management.
• Actively participate in employee training, mentoring, and skill enhancement.

Property and Equipment Care:

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of maintaining a safe and secure environment by overseeing the proper care and maintenance of company property and equipment within our stores.

General Requirements:

• Frequent travel will be required within our network of stores.
• Must be capable of repeatedly lifting 25kg without restriction.
