Retail Sales Supervisor

Looking for Full time Retail Sales Supervisor with at least 1 year of experience in this position.

You will be performing following tasks:

• Supervise and monitor performance of cashiers and other staff members.
• Prepare work schedule and assign job duties to staff members.
• Hire, train and provide support to staff members.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction is achieved through excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, order items, Co-ordinate with vendors and follow up for product delivery.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Overseeing complete store operations and ensure compliance with store policies and procedure.
