Job Title:

Car Wash Supervisor

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee and lead light duty cleaners in cleaning and refreshment of vehicles, customer service activities
• Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed
• Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
• Partake and assist in cleaning and customer service duties
• Resolve customer complaints and supply shortage
• Check work site, equipment, tools for safety and cleanliness standards
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Handle customer questions, complaints and issues
• Organize and distribute staff work schedules
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff

Qualifications:

• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables considered an asset
• Proficient skills in MS Office and Google Documents considered an asset

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
