We are looking for a software developer to join our company. The ideal candidate is passionate about designing and developing complex, highly reliable and scalable enterprise systems. They have a keen interest in application monitoring, security, and maintenance with a strong developer-focused mindset and thrive in a fast-moving environment.

What will you do?

Design, write, read, test, and correct code for new software
Analyze information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system
Evaluate simple interrelationships between programs such as whether a contemplated change in one part of a program would cause unwanted results in a related part
Write, modify, integrate and test software code for the in-house company app
Develop, implement, modify and maintain additional features that integrate well into existing software
Write documentation for new and updated software
Production support and handling escalation during the day as well as off-hours
Develop operational plans, processes, and procedures to improve service delivery and resiliency

What do you need to succeed?

Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing and supporting large, complex, highly available applications.
Strong programming skills
Experience in developing service based business apps
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to work within a team

Nice-to-have

Experience with cloud and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes & GCP) as we aim to build self-serve products on a cloud platform
Solid experience working on infrastructure centric platforms and advanced working knowledge of the server and network configurations both for deployment and at run-time
Familiarity with caching and message queuing systems
