  • College, CEGEP or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline
  • 1 - 2 years experience minimum

Job Description:

  • Perform accounting duties such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, etc. 
  • Complete weekly payroll
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports as required
  • Prepare tax returns, calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Perform related clerical duties, such as word processing, maintaining filing and record systems, faxing and photocopying.

Work setting is on site.
