Requirements:
- College, CEGEP or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline
- 1 - 2 years experience minimum
Job Description:
- Perform accounting duties such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, etc.
- Complete weekly payroll
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports as required
- Prepare tax returns, calculate fixed assets and depreciation
- Perform related clerical duties, such as word processing, maintaining filing and record systems, faxing and photocopying.
Work setting is on site.
