The position of  manager requires past experience working in long term care and an overall understanding of how the business works.  University or college degree in a relevant discipline required. Competence in computer applications ( minimum Microsoft Office) , web based material including social media and databases.

Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision

Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • coordinating and supervising the day-to-day operations as well as ensuring staff are following and maintaining our standard of care. 
  • training, delegating and motivating staff as well as monitoring staff performance. 
  • being organized and setting daily goals for maintaining the homes’ cleanliness.
  • responding to enquiries and complaints and general problem solving.
  • establish work priorities, ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
  • participate in staff recruitment and evaluation


This position is full time Monday – Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm.  Health and Dental benefits are included.
