Job Title:

Interior Designer

FUDA Homes is seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our rapidly expending team. This is a full-time position with a focus on interior design projects. You will plan, design, and furnish the interiors of residential projects.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting with the conception, design and execution of projects in all phases of the interior design process.
• Ensure design projects are on track to meet requirements, deadlines, and budgets.
• Participate in quality reviews and onsite evaluations. 
• Select design components to create a unique and purposeful space.
• Participate in the creation of the Design packages, proposals, space documents and working budgets. 
• Develop detailed design plans and models showing interior displays, including arrangement of walls, dividers, lighting and other using CAD software and graphic software.
• Maintain client and consultant relationships.
• Prepare sketches and documentation for client presentation.
• Working in a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years' previous experience in interior design is required. Relevant experience in the design process, specifications and materials is preferrable.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office applications as well as working knowledge of 3D Studio Max is preferrable.  
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Proven ability to identify and solve problems with creative solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with other members.

 

This is a full-time position located in Mississauga.
