Who we need

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Talent Partner who is passionate about attracting quality talent and driven to build and execute creative talent acquisition strategies. Reporting to Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be entrusted to discover talent, build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and drive the recruitment process to success.

What you will focus on

  • Full-cycle recruitment. You will manage talent acquisition from the intake session with hiring managers to offer negotiation and onboarding with the candidate. You will network and source talent proactively to ensure healthy and strong talent pipelines, leveraging multiple attraction sources and platforms. 
  • Candidate experience. You will conduct phone and video interviews with candidates to evaluate their qualifications, maintaining open communication and providing timely feedback.
  • Collaboration. You will build and nurture trusting relationships with hiring managers across the organization to understand their needs and support them throughout the recruitment process, providing expert advice and recommending the next steps with candidates. 
  • Analysis. You will identify market and pipeline insights to provide strategic advisory to hiring managers, optimize talent strategies to engage the best candidates and ensure efficient talent searches.
  • Be a DEIB champion. You will prioritize engaging and attracting diverse candidate backgrounds to strengthen candidate pools. You will create structured interview guides to support hiring managers, incorporating best practices to mitigate bias.

What you bring

  • The education and experience. You have a background in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, including in-depth experience in full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or agency setting. You have expertise in building talent attraction strategies to recruit for niche roles and leveraging social media platforms to drive recruitment efforts. You are a passionate DEIB champion who can educate and support hiring managers in recognizing and eliminating bias and barriers in talent acquisition.
  • The interpersonal skills. You are bilingual (English/French) with superb written and verbal communication skills. You can build trusting relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates. You have highly effective negotiation and influencing skills. You prioritize the candidate experience.
  • The drive. You are flexible, with the ability to respond to changes in the team, the company, and the industry. You are perceptive, proactive and solution-oriented. You’re incredibly organized, coordinating all of the details while maintaining focus on the big picture. You take the initiative to seek opportunities to support the growth of the organization through robust talent pipelines, exceptional talent acquisition, and continuous improvement.
