Job Title:

Siding Installer

Ideal Siding is the fastest-growing siding company in North America. We’ve built our business upon collective knowledge and experience to help improve the siding industry.

We primarily work on single-family homes, both for renovations and new constructions. The materials we utilize are vinyl, James Hardie, engineered wood, metal, cedar, and other types of siding and we have projects throughout HRM and surround.

Work site environment: outdoors and with heights

Tasks:

• Determine layout and installation procedures
• Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
• Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
• Utilize hand and power tools
• Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms

Area of specialization:

• Eavestroughs, Shutters as well as Siding and Windows

Transportation/travel information:

• Own transportation
• Own vehicle

Work conditions and physical capabilities:

• Fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Repetitive tasks

Qualifications we're looking for:

• Must have your own tools to complete the job.
• Valid driver's license.
• 1-year minimum experience installing siding.
