We are looking for a Planned Maintenance Coordinator for Western Canada, to add to our National Contracts Team. We are always growing, which means this is a great opportunity for the right individual to develop their career with us! This individual will work closely with our customers and the service team, to effectively coordinate the successful completion of all planned maintenance contracts.

Duties and Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate planned maintenance schedules with customers and dispatchers
  • Build strong relationships with existing and new customers by proactively engaging and following up to discuss the status, progress and feedback of the planned maintenance service.
  • Build business development opportunities with customers, and act as the primary contact for conflict resolution by demonstrating strong listening and negotiation skills to reduce escalations and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Develop new planned maintenance programs and provide expertise for recommended services and equipment.
  • Work with the National Contracts Team to support all Canadian service divisions.

What you need to excel in this role:

  • Minimum high school graduation required, post-secondary education will be considered an asset
  • 3 to 5 years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills: Highly proficient working with Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel (intermediate to advanced)
  • Must have experience with a current ERP system
  • Typing speed of minimum 50 wpm
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, critical thinking, time management, organization, and multitasking and decision making abilities
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone, in person and through email
  • Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of industrial kitchen equipment would be considered an asset, but is not required
