Salary: $40 /hour, 40 hours /week
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate of DHI Logistics’ marketing activities directed towards driving business revenue performance and development of the new business opportunity.
- Establish distribution networks for products and services, initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
- Assist in product development, and direct and evaluate the marketing strategies of our company.
- Forecast, analyze and design appropriate marketing plan in all changes for logistics industries.
- Aware of the latest market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future.
- Collect market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
- Lead the team to deliver results with content, digital, offline, performance marketing initiatives and tactics.
- Build, maintain and enhance long term relationships with clients, business partners and media.
- Co-ordinate with internal procurement teams to obtain the targeted freights and other logistics service costs.
- Manage the budgets and negotiate contracts for all marketing materials and services.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing activities, evaluate marketing strategies and suggest on improvements.
- Develop and manage the marketing team, coordinate and attend training on new services and programs.
Qualifications:
Education:
- A university degree or college diploma in business administration or in a related field with a specialization in sales or marketing.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Prefer from logistics/freight forwarder industry.
- Contract negotiation experience.
Knowledge:
- Proficiency with marketing tools, good understanding of marketing trends.
- Proficiency in MS-Office suite, comfortable with basic data analysis, tracking and reporting activities and results.
Language:
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of a second language is an asset, but not required.
