The Company:

Palomar Jewelry is a 65 year old personalized Fine Jewelry Company dedicated to celebrating everything special in life. We focus on high end, one of a kind, jewelry that is sold through our independent retail partners.

The Role:

  • We are looking for an Account Executive/ Account Manager to help us reactivate our storied brand. You will be responsible for activating our existing retail base, and building new retail relationships. We are a small, tight-knit team. The right Account Executive will be eligible for rapid advancement to head the sales team as we grow.
  • This is a business development role where your success depends on your efforts in outbound prospecting, and then maintaining the relationship with the client long term. We have a CRM filled with relationships that need to be reactivated, but the AE will not be able to rely solely on these lists or inbound leads to achieve quotas. Following our direction, you will need to do cold outreach and research on our target market.
  • We will provide the tools and knowledge necessary to be successful. You will need to bring the drive and passion.
  • This is a full time employee position. No benefits will be provided.
  • This role is office based and will require the applicant to be in office during standard business hours.
  • Start date is as soon as you're ready. No later than June 1, 2022

The Pay:

$50,000-$60,000 base annual salary. Commission and bonus eligible with an OTE of $120,000 per year. There is an expected ramp up period to attain total OTE as books are built.

Commission is earned on all sales from assigned and developed book of business. Additional bonuses paid out for onboarding new partners and KPI attainment.

The Perfect Candidate:

  • Pushes through fear when contacting strangers.
  • Has an agile mindset for overcoming obstacles.
  • Is able to be aggressive during the sale, but supportive after onboarding.
  • Has experience with, and understanding of, B2B and B2C sales processes.
  • Is an independent self starter. You wont have someone micromanaging you, but we do have clear cut expectations regarding performance.

Base Salary Range $50,000 - $60,000

OTE $80,000-$120,000
