Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Type: Permanent

Job Status: Full-Time, 35 hrs/week, 52 wks/year

Salary: CAD$44/Hour


Job Duties:

  • Accomplish marketing objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising and promotional programs, lead the marketing team in developing the branding of MyKitchen
  • Propose new and engaging marketing initiatives that will increase customer satisfaction and expand brand awareness in new regional market outreaches such as GTA
  • Plan, manage and oversee communications on official website, online communities, social media platforms, and other tools that are used to communicate with customers, provide analytics to the senior management on monthly basis
  • Develop and design innovative and compliant marketing materials (including but not limited to e-blasts, promotional videos/media, print and digital advertisements)
  • Collect marketing intelligence, review and analyze the customer feedback regarding performance of various marketing initiatives
  • Produce monthly marketing reports and provide actional insights to the company management
  • Manage marketing budget, revenue forecasts and reconciliations
  • Work with other teams to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach to ensure alignment in customer retention strategies and customer experience
  • Stay vigilant of emerging trends, including industry changes, customer preference and competitor’s marketing movements
  • Research, source and secure vendors and partners



  • Bachelor’s degree or above in related field
  • English and Mandarin/Cantonese bi-lingual ability is referred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience at an executive level position in the marketing/ BD field is required
  • Strong analytical, strategic and creative thinking skills
  • Proven ability to develop and manage business plans as well as budgets
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationship with stakeholders
  • Proven leadership skills – people and marketplace, lead by example by demonstrating a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking sills, and the ability to apply consistent attention to needs of the business
  • A passionate and experienced team leader with minimum supervision
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize work and good time management skills.
