This industry-led electronics recycling program has been operational in Newfoundland and Labrador since 2013.  EPRA is presently recruiting a Program Director to oversee the operational effectiveness and integrity of this program, which involves $3 to $4 million in annual expenditures, including a logistics, consumer awareness and education program.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Atlantic Canada, the Program Director will preferably be located on the Avalon Peninsula and be responsible for operational effectiveness utilizing contracts with third party vendors including: collectors, transporters, consolidators and primary processors.

Qualified candidates will be achievement oriented team players with relevant business education and at least five years experience in a management role in distribution, collection, recycling or logistics operation.  This should be ideally coupled with knowledge of regulated and stewardship entities and experience in government relations and partnerships. Superb written, verbal and listening communication skills as well competence in the use of business office and group collaboration tools are also essential.
