Roma Fence is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative/Admin Assitant.  The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and problem solving abilities as well as exceptional communications skills.

Job Description

  • Inside sales: Generate sales and ensure appropriate materials are given to customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide follow-up to assure solutions
  • Handle inquiries from customers through inbound calls and walk ins
  • Make outbound calls to existing clients to promote selling opportunities
  • Process billing and payments
  • Maintain relationships with customers to understand their requirements and develop solution(s) to best meet their needs
  • Assist with daily administrative work: data entry, filing, copying, etc
  • Assist with contract administration
  • Maintain a high level of communication with all internal and external channels
  • Other duties as assigned.

Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm / 2 Saturdays per month, 8:00am – 1:00pm (April-November)


  • 2-4 years of customer service experience (within a construction environment is an asset)
  • Sales experience is an asset
  • A friendly and professional phone disposition
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
  • Must have a team-oriented work approach with the ability to work independently
  • Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
