Assigned tasks

  • Assist in candidate database
  • Manage phone calls, correspondence, mail, packages, deliveries, and calendars
  • Data entry, processing, preparation, and reconciliation of paperwork, invoices, and bills
  • Answering and directing telephone calls, and email correspondence to our customers
  • Mail, deliver and pick up documents as necessary
  • Assist the marketing team in preparing marketing collaterals
  • Filing important documents, such as reports, meeting notes, emails, and letters
  • Processing and filing invoices 
  • Overseeing office supplies and services, including restocking supplies, relocating employees to new areas, setting up desks and equipment for new hires, arranging parking permits for employees, or creating important office forms and making work from home arrangements for new employees.
  • Single point of contact for any equipment related issues for work from home employees
  • Supporting bookkeeping and budgeting services 
  • Aiding correspondence for the office, such as emails, letters, packages, and phone calls
  • Updating of office records and databases that contain personnel, financial, and office data

Qualifications

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • It is necessary to be able to read, write, and speak in English.

Salary & Working Hours

$25.50 per hour for 35 hours per week
