  • Acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to confidently present TPH's value proposition and enroll new and existing clients in 'what's possible';
  • Develop the skills necessary to have meaningful conversations with business leaders and make recommended solutions;
  • Execute sales strategies, client retention plans, and analyze data to bring forth market insights, and participate in business development strategies;
  • Drive active engagement with new and existing clients which may include social media, email, phone, WebEx, virtual etc.
  • Expand your business acumen, management skills, and leadership capabilities working alongside proven industry experts;
  • Gain creative, technical and production experience managing a variety of projects;
  • Partner with TPH's management team to learn best practises;
  • Become a 'brand advocate' that fosters relationships with other community influencers to move forward TPH's environmental, philanthropic and 'support Canadian' initiatives.

The Experience and Desire You Bring...

  • Experience in, or passion of, the industry with the drive to be empowered, rewarded and accountable for your outcomes;
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure;
  • 2-5 years relevant work experience in business development, customer service, production management or creative services;
  • 2+ year's experience in leading a team;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • Achievements of leading, winning, giving back or volunteering.
