LOCATION: Thorold ON (onsite )

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process requests from builders for meter activations for construction heat and appliance inspections before occupancy.
  • Create, correct and co-ordinate the completion of work orders and schedule appointments using SAP and Maximo.
  • Access Emma Cases and Listings daily to investigate billing and compliance issues to resolution.
  • Correct crossed meters in SAP for residential builders.
  • Maintain filing systems to ensure accounts are initiated for successful billing and inspections completed before occupancy.
  • Identify issues to be tracked and monitored to ensure proper communication and attention within regional departments.
  • Managing various record systems/filing to ensure they are current and that accurate data exists throughout multiple systems and ensuring follow up.
  • Resolve all incoming inquiries through email and phone calls from internal and external customers.
  • Receive complaints, verify their validity, update appropriate systems and ensure complaints are followed to proper conclusion.
  • Complete other tasks and activities as business needs dictate.

MUST HAVE qualifications:

  • Secondary school education or equivalent
  • Must demonstrate previous excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communications skills: verbal & written styles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates good judgement and can work independently as we work from home
  • Strong computer skills

NICE TO HAVE qualifications:

  • Speaks French (bilingual)
  • Knowledge of Company software programs such as Maximo, EGIS Web, CCWorksuite & SAP applications
