We are looking for a Bookkeeper & Office Assistant to join our team at our office in Downtown Vancouver. You will be responsible for maintaining accounts, recording transactions, and administering other financial tasks. 

Core Requirements:

  • proficient in Quickbooks
  • able to navigate comfortably in Word and Excel.
  • Full understanding of full cycle accounting
  • Data entry capability with speed and accuracy
  • Good computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office and google drive
  • General office assistant duties as organizing, taking care of trash, refilling inventory, ordering, answering calls, mails, job posting, data entry, managing staffs, etc.
  • Being familiar with online platforms, pandadoc, jotforms, google forms, docusign, data search and collection, submitting reports, note taking during meetings, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to details
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Works well with tight deadlines
