Job Obligations:

  • Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner
  • Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition
  • Assist in preparing financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data
  • Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable 
  • Managing bank and general ledger reconciliations, as well as payroll processing 
  • Performing month-end closings 
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls and for utility, tax and other bills
  • Complete and submit tax remittance forms, workers' compensation forms, pension contribution forms and other government documents
  • Prepare tax returns and perform other bookkeeping services
  • Tracking fixed assets and preparing depreciation schedules 
  • Perform payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner, and submit payroll taxes
  • Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as needed basis
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure accuracy in all general ledger transactions


  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 years to less than 2 years’ experience
  • Requires the ability to read, write and communicate in English
  • Require to have knowledge about business equipment and computer applications (MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
