Transline Logistics Inc is looking for a full-time Office Administrator.

NOC: 1221

Salary: $25.00 per Hour

Terms of Employment: Full Time/Permanent

Job Requirement

  • Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
  • Experience : Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
  • Highly organized, diligent and flexible
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet changing deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Effectively maintain and transfer information, files and records to manager/owner
  • Document invoices, comply with procedures in handling banking transactions on day to day basis
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Preparation of presentations as and when required on MS PowerPoint.
  • prepare venue and agenda for meetings, record minutes of meetings and their distribution to employees, also maintain boardroom schedules and calendar
  • Keep customer and personnel files up to date
  • Ensure protection and security of files and records
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Manage staff schedules, transfer and dispose records according to schedules and policies
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
