Roofer

We are currently looking for a new Roof Repair Technician who wants to be part of our family and grow with us.

Duties:

• Working on flat and sloped roofs
• Set up and ensure safe use of scaffolding and ladders
• Install, repair and replace torch-on, shingles and flashing
• Supervisory of roofing labourers
• Provision of price quotes to clients for fixed price repairs

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ of proven experience in the roofing industry (flat & sloped)
• Valid drivers’ license required
• Proven supervisory skills and ability to quote pricing for repairs
• Proficient with hand and power roofing tools
• Basic computer/mobile app knowledge required
• Able to work efficiently while unsupervised and in a team environment
• Good communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Metal/cladding experience is an asset
• Journeyman ticket an asset

Wage offered $27 - $35 per hour depending on experience. Benefits provided upon completion of 6 months probationary period.
