YNBTECH focuses on digital marketing and online sales for Canadian companies. We help companies to develop their website, online store, and digital marketing strategy. In addition, by using our network, we help companies to grow their business in both Canada and China. We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Business Development Manager. It is a full-time position and this role may require travel.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining current client relationships and identifying potential clients
  • Contacting potential customers to develop relationships and sales
  • Conduct market research and creating new opportunities to increase sales and generate sales leads
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of products and services, and innovating new ways to serve businesses
  • Collaborate with business owner regularly to ensure sales goals are met
  • Willing and comfortable to make business trips outside of province or country


  • Minimum College diploma
  • Proven Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
  • Innate drive to succeed and take initiative
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin in both conversation and writing

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $44,000-$46,000
