What will I be doing?

As the first point of contact for our customer’s inbound calls you’ll thrive on creating a positive experience, whether it’s a call about savings or a mortgage related query. Calls can include balance enquiries and mortgage payments or more challenging and complex queries. You’ll use your mortgage knowledge and skills to help customers self-serve online and respond to social media messaging. Taking ownership of the call, you’ll aim to resolve customer queries as efficiently and effectively as possible whilst recognising that on occasions you may need to collaborate with other teams and arrange a call back to provide the right solution.

We are open Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and Saturdays 9am-5pm. You will work 35 hours per week with a set 4 week rota including 1 in 3 Saturdays encouraging a culture of work life balance. We have parking facilities for colleagues either onsite or a short walk away.
