We are looking for a Restaurant Manager with minimum five years of experience in managing restaurant or similar establishment.

Job duties

  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Recruit staff and oversee staff training
  • Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
  • Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
  • Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Provide customer service


  • Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management
  • At least 5 years of management or supervisory experience and at least one year of experience in food service industry is required
  • Excellent oral and verbal communication and management skills
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Familiarity with digital technology
  • Experienced in resource management, strategic planning
  • Excellent in coordinating and organizing
  • Negotiation skills
  • Experienced in Recruiting and Hiring
  • Fluent in Arabic and/or Persian  oral communication is an asset
