 Role and Responsibilities:

  • As the point of first contact responsible for reception, your enthusiasm and positive attitude will assist incoming calls and customers to find the appropriate individual.
  • Administrative assistance for all departments including filing and preparing reports including working in Microsoft office (excel, word). 
  • Timely and accurate data entry, including payroll hours, apprenticeship tracking and others as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills with a pleasant telephone manner.
  • Computer and related technical skills are required to perform various clerical duties and other work as assigned
  • Strong organization, communication and administrative skills.
