Permanent, full-time position, 40 hours/week

What you will do:

  • Onboard and train new Customer Care Representatives
  • Ensure Customer Care Representatives understand and comply with all company objectives, performance standards, and policies
  • Answer staff and Customer Care Representative questions, provide guidance and feedback to team members, establish resource tools
  • Resolve any escalated inquiries and concerns that may arise, and ensure responses to inquiries and concerns are handled appropriately
  • Examine and verify accuracy of work by Customer Care Representatives
  • Ensure all orders are processed correctly and in a timely manor
  • Manage and coordinate incoming inquiries from customers or independent distributers.
  • Ensure all independent distributer’s commissions are accurate and resolve any issues with commission payments
  • Manage and report new independent distributers’ registrations. Address issues with new registrations
  • Ensure a friendly and motivating work environment
  • Ensure adherence to company's policies and procedures
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports
  • Work closely with Supply and Logistics for on time deliveries and traceability
  • Liaise with Managers and other departments when required.
  • Liaise with warehouse to facilitate return tracking

What you will need:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in the Direct Selling Industry, required
  • Ability to speak English, Mandarin beneficial
  • Previous experience with Customer relationship management  (CRM) and Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software required
  • High School diploma or equivalent; college and/or completion of relates customer service courses preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering a consistent service level
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and staff at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to supervise (include number of people, example 10-20) representatives
  • Ability to develop positive, collaborative, professional relationships
  • Ability to evaluate metrics, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiencies
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities
  • Ability to work under pressure in an ever changing and dynamic environment
  • Able to work independently with very minimal supervision
  • Good computer skills (Excel/MS Word/PowerPoint) required
