Successful and growing company is seeking someone with all of the following attributes to oversee the administrative affairs of the business. Very good communication skills (both verbal and written) Excel, Word, CRM's, and quick to learn any new software.

Quickbooks will be utilized extensively. Quickbooks knowledge is a major plus. Training on-the-job available. Always proactive with both routine and unique tasks/challenges. A diligent researcher, wherein you don?t stop at only the most readily available information. Like to solve problems complex and simple, with finding and executing the best solutions. Take charge and ownership of your position and responsibilities and need no micro-managing.

You seek long-term security and want to embrace growing with the company. You thrive on being the go-to person, and being extremely reliable.

Duties include: scheduling/ coordinating appointments, tracking jobs/ progress reports, communicating with, and support for customers as needed, material ordering/tracking, accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, email, phone, text, scheduling travel and company events, etc., researching any number of things to find the best (fill in the blank here), and any other tasks as needed. Correspondence in a timely manner is a must.
