Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Home-based, commission based Business Development Manager.

In this role, you'll be concerned with improving and growing the business, by fostering and developing relationships with new clients. Have a single role in the organization and will work directly with the Executives.


  • Generate leads and cold call prospective clients.
  • Follow up in a timely manner.
  • Understand the needs of new clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business services, products and value proposition.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Work from home and meet clients in person if needed.


  • High-level communication skills
  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a wide range of people
  • Ability to motivate yourself and set your own goals
  • Good networking skills


  • A driver’s license is not necessary.

  • Proficient in English
  • Fast learner and willing to develop new skills
