Duties and Responsibilities

1) Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
2) Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
3) Interview, hire and provide training for staff
4) Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a department providing a single administrative service or several administrative services
5) Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
6) Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services
7) Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within establish

Required Experience and Skills

1) University degree in business administration or a related administrative services field
2) At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
3) Strong business acumen and experience in a business work environment preferred
4) Knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping
5) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on projects
6) Excellent verbal and written communication: ability to clearly, concisely and professionally communicate with team members and clients
7) Strong administrative and time management skills: ability to balance tasks and prioritize activities that will maximize results
8) Fast learner: a desire to learn more about processes and technologies, with an ability to absorb and retain new information
9) Excellent organizational skills
10) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
11) Software skills: Microsoft Office applications, Google Drive, Dropbox, Quip, Messengers; comfortable with learning new software and technologies
12) Fluent language skills in German and Russian

22 - 35 CAD per hour (to be negotiated) for 30-35 hours per week
