We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and time management skills.


  • Perform administrative support like creating reports, typing documents, updating the database, maintaining appointment calendar, sending out letters, mailing magazines and subscriptions, data-entry
  • File, organize, record invoice, retrieve records and reports
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
  • Ensure office supplies are sufficient and replenished on a daily basis; prepare inventory supplies to request forms in advance
  • Complete other projects and duties as assigned
  • Maintain and keep the office clean and organized at all times

Minimum requirements:

  • High school or equivalent.
  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Previous experience in a mail room or handling office inventory is an asset
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
