We have an  opportunity for a full time Clerical Assistant/Admin Assistant. This position serves as the initial contact with the clients either by phone or by visit.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Professionally answering phones / directing calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors in a cordial and friendly manner
  • Providing administrative as well as marketing support
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Maintaining office filing system
  • Database input, spreadsheets, filing, process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintaining the neatness of the reception area to provide a positive image to clients and visitors
  • Assisting with Office Management
  • Miscellaneous admin tasks  as required

Job Requirements 

  • Good Computer skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
