The successful applicant will be available to work:

We are looking to employ a genuine, dynamic person with a high work ethic. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Busy Switchboard – directing incoming calls, outgoing calls
  • Welcoming and attending to customers
  • Preparing and maintaining daily reports
  • Weekly and monthly orders for office supplies
  • Maintaining kitchen and coffee machines
  • Collecting mail from Post Office Box daily on the way to work
  • Other administrative duties when required

  • Well organised with sound time management skills
  • Responsibility and accountability with the capacity to work autonomously as well as within a team
