We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a background in the printing industry who is ready to drive incredible results in the promotional product industry! As a valued member of the Akran team, you will be responsible for providing insightful marketing solutions utilizing promotional products while demonstrating a strong commitment to ongoing Customer Service.


  • Minimum 1 years experience in printing  or Advertising industry an at least one year in a managerial position;
  • Strong bold clear confident voice;
  • Dynamic and upbeat person who can convey his or her optimism;
  • High level of initiative and entrepreneurship;
  • Ensure that each employee delivers an incredible Akran experience while providing an unrivaled quality of customer service;
  • A leader capable of inspiring and motivating with strong leadership, coaching and team development skills;
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager & Business Development, track record in sales improvement, promotion of teamwork and implementation of effective sales and operations strategies for the branch;
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication skills in a customer-driven environment;
  • Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills, and ability to delegate and prioritize workload;
  • Strong sense of organization, structured and ordered;
  • Strong interpersonal skills in a customer-driven environment;
  • Willing to go the extra mile to please clients;
  • Able to make 100 cold calls a day.
