Salary: $15/hour

Working Hours: 40 hours/week

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Update and maintain existing office procedures and guides, as well as phone lists, mailing lists, and other contact lists.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily incoming mails to staff according to the office procedure
  • Prepare future schedules for the management and arrange meetings for all company employees
  • Keep properly sorted minutes of the meeting in filing system
  • Keep track of the office supply and restock the inventory when needed
  • Answer all incoming enquiring phone calls and redirect or relay messages to the personnel asked
  • Keep all office equipment in good shape including maintaining the printers, copy and filing machines
  • Provide reception service for walk-in visitors and refer them to the specialists in need
  • Make reservations and travel itineraries for employees who are out on business trips
  • Provide administrative support for the manager when the service is required, such as data and statistic analysis of products sold
  • Oversee the day-to-day office operation and give orientation to new employees


  • At least post-secondary education is required
  • At least 2 years of experience working in administrative assistant or customer service industry
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment and maintain level-headed especially during seafood rush season
  • Able to always bring a positive attitude when communicating with our clients
