We are looking for a passionate, driven, and ambitious Regional Sales Director, Central Region to join our team based out of either Austin, Texas or Houston, Texas. You are an ideal candidate if you are high achieving sales professional, a natural leader, and a go-getter! As our Regional Sales Director, you will be a key member driving our growth and meeting sales targets within your designated territory. Previous technical sales success with Microsoft SharePoint and/or Office 365 integrated solutions is considered an asset for this position.

Responsibilities 

  • Build and cultivate effectively B2B partnerships through building relationships with current and new contacts
    • Sales discovery, full cycle lead qualification, development, and management
  • Identification of business pain points and objectives
  • Identify and assess client interests, challenges and needs; prepare and present appropriate proposals and contracts to close additional opportunities
  • Strong focus on growing your assigned book of business and integrating new clients
  • Establish and schedule follow-up appointments, account reviews, and phone meetings with clients
  • Customer focused – enjoy working with them and solving their problems
  • Achieve/Exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and performance objectives
  • Participate in weekly Sales/Pipeline Review
  • Ensure that management is kept up-to-date with project status and all relevant information related to daily activities:
    • Outbound prospecting using sales automation tools
    • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with potential and current customers
  • Educate current and potential customers about Collabware’s products and services

  • Deep experience managing complex sales with multiple stakeholder groups and organizations
  • Ability to interact with a customer's executives and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needs

  • Highly organized, deadline driven, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Passionate about creating meaningful customer connections and relationships
  • A strong technical aptitude to learn new technologies and business processes
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with a focus on metrics supported results
  • Formalized sales training
  • Deep experience managing complex sales with multiple stakeholder groups/organizations

Experience and Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years experience in B2B enterprise software in an inside sales or lead generation role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent experience an asset
  • Formalized sales training
  • Experience working with CRMs and HubSpot
