Job Duties:

  • Carry out administrative duties in relation to travel requirements and accommodations for the pharmacy staff
  • Review and reply to electronic mail, collect and review paper mail
  • Co-ordinate the payment of invoices receivables and payables with the bookkeeper
  • Ensure the pharmacy’s equipment and machinery is in working order and organizing any repairs that are required
  • Overseeing the work schedules for the pharmacy to ensure proper staffing levels
  • Compiling the payroll hours for the bookkeeper
  • Compiling inventory sales reports for budget review and bookkeeping requirements

Employment terms:

Permanent full-time employment, 40 hours per week


$24.00 per hour

$36.00 per hour after 8 hours per day, overtime rate

Skills required:

Education: Completion of a university degree or completion of college diploma with 1 year experience in office administration
