Receptionist Head Office Financial, Bay Street

Looking for a highly professional front office receptionist with experience working in corporate financial head office.

Our client a specialist in the finance space is hiring an organized, professional, service oriented individual, to join their passionate and driven team.

  • Answering, screening and directing calls
  • Greeting visitors, providing directions and hospitality services
  • Monitoring visitor access and maintaining security
  • General office, building and facilities coordination and maintenance
  • Manages meeting room schedule, including preparing and resetting rooms and video conference calls
  • Coordination and restocking of office and kitchen supplies
  • Ensures that the kitchens are well stocked, fridges, coffee machines, cabinets and drawers are organized 2x daily and restocks office supplies and printers on an ongoing basis
  • Overseeing catering arrangements

  • Friendly, outgoing and helpful attitude
  • Ability to use own initiative and remain calm under pressure
  • Great interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated experience as a Receptionist/Admin Assistant, supporting senior management in professional corporate environments
  • Professional, corporate presentation and manner
  • Superior oral & written communication skills
  • Exposure to Financial Services would be beneficial
