Step on Guides provides first class Guides for more travel in Canada.
We presently do full receptive itineraries for over 250 buses per year.

  • We looking for a representative of our team to join our office!
  • Interact with customers via inbound e-mails and telephone calls to provide information and assistance.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and at the same time have a relaxed and positive attitude with customers and working to create a positive exchange with every requester.
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.

Essential Functions:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A proactive, make-it-happen attitude, with an appreciation for friendly competition.
  • Receptiveness to feedback and coaching with a desire to continuously improve.
  • Perform light office maintenance and organization.
  • A natural enthusiasm for resolving problems in an ever-evolving environment.
  • Resilience and focus to provide support to dozens of contacts per day with a smile.

Start with the paycheck: Customer Support Specialist start between $13.35 to $16.11 per hour.
